We'll be using several techniques with alcohol ink on wine bottles tonight and we'll finish them off with some fairy lights! Wear old clothes because ink can stain, You may also want to bring something to get your bottle home safely just in case it's still a little wet with sealant.

The class is $45 a person which includes your first round of drinks and all of the supplies. I've attached my ticket link that accepts debit card, credit card, and PayPal payments. Pre-registration is required because space is limited.

Tonight I'll be teaching you how to use alcohol inks and forced air to make these beautiful flowers! We'll make two 5x7 paintings and then mat them to 8x10 which you can then go shopping to pick out the frames for!

Wear old clothes because ink can stain.

Pre-registration is required as there is limited space. The tickets are $45 each and includes one alcohol drink or two non-alcoholic drinks along with all of the supplies. Please use the ticket link provided in this event which accepts credit, debit or PayPal.

Enjoy a very special tour of a private bird preserve & the sandy beaches of Lake Ontario!  Experts will interpret bird life at this site, near Henderson.  Bird song will be at its peak as we identify birds, their communications and what they mean.  In addition, learn from a local ornithologist about area bird behaviors and a bit of the natural history of the region.

A box lunch is included, along with a bottle of wine from White Caps Winery.  Travel by van to Henderson will be provided courtesy of OBI. Van will depart from White Caps Winery, 11544 County Route 125 Point Salubrious, Chaumont, and deliver guests back to the winery after the trip. Reservations are limited and must be received by June 1st.  Payment of $45.00 due at time of reservation includes a $10.00 donation to OBI.  Call 315 649-2400 and leave your name and number for a call back, or e-mail the winery at [email protected]. 
Please dress for the weather, as this trip will take place rain or shine.  Footwear should include waterproof gear in case of inclement weather or wet land.  Binoculars and bird guides are suggested as well!
 Morning Meander at Cedar Grove Farm

Sponsored jointly by Ontario Bays Initiative (OBI) and White Caps Winery, this free program, led by Land Steward Lee Ellsworth, will explore some common vanishing birds, celebrate those to be still found on the farm and the lakeshore lands, and help us understand what we can do to promote their preservation. 
There will be a presentation in the winery’s new pavilion, followed by an optional walk on Cedar Grove Farm’s trails behind the winery.  Cedar Grove Farm was a regional participant for nearly nine years in the St. Lawrence Valley Land Owners’ Improvement Program, aimed at stabilizing the bird populations at risk in our area.

White Caps, a local farm winery, is open seven days a week in July and August, with access by water or on 11544 County Route 125, Point Salubrious, Chaumont, NY.  We hope you’ll join us for this insightful discussion on our local birds!
